What is your mission?
We are seeking a strategic and client-facing Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead recruitment delivery within our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. Based full-time on-site at our Kuala Lumpur (KL) office, you will manage a team of recruiters, oversee end-to-end service delivery for corporate clients, and optimize sourcing strategies. This role requires an agency or RPO background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to tracking recruitment metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet monthly hiring targets and client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment strategy and escalation.
- Optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks to build robust talent pipelines.
- Oversee team workloads, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance across multiple client accounts.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) to present weekly and monthly performance reports to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal HR operations team to ensure smooth onboarding transitions for successful candidates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the recruitment process to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- End-to-end recruitment activities (including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations) for more niche/senior roles may also be performed to support the team when needed.
Who are we looking for?
- 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role within an RPO or recruitment agency environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and people leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in tracking operational metrics and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian talent landscape and hiring trends.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Kuala Lumpur (KL) office.
