What is your mission?

The Inside Partner Sales Account Manager plays an essential role in supporting Microsoft's partner ecosystem by managing qualified sales opportunities generated by the Digital Sales team. The role focuses on smooth partner engagement, effective pipeline management, and driving opportunities to closure. This is not a customer-facing position. The Inside Partner Sales Account Manager works closely with Microsoft partners, sellers, and internal teams to accelerate revenue conversion and enhance the partner experience.

合作夥伴銷售客戶經理在支持 Microsoft 合作夥伴生態系中扮演關鍵角色,負責管理由 Digital Sales 團隊所產生的合格商機。此職務重點在於確保合作夥伴參與順暢、有效管理 pipeline,並推動商機順利成單。此角色不面向最終客戶,而是與 Microsoft 合作夥伴、銷售人員及內部團隊密切合作,加速營收轉換並提升合作夥伴的整體合作體驗。

Key Responsibilities 主要工作內容

 

  • Provide a smooth and consistent handover of opportunities to partners to ensure a positive partner experience, and support partners to close the opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth partner engagement and effective pipeline management throughout the deal cycle.
  • Support partners in driving opportunity progression and resolving deal blockers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, partner, and operations teams to improve deal performance.
  • Manage and oversee the pipeline of partners. including follow-ups such as chasing purchase orders for timely closure.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline status. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decisions.

  • 管理與監控合作夥伴的 pipeline,包括後續跟進(如催促 PO)以確保按時關單
  • 監測與回報 pipeline 狀態,維持準確且即時更新的資料供預測與報表使用
  • 分析 pipeline 數據,辨識趨勢、提供洞察並協助資料驅動決策

Who are we looking for?

任職要求

  • 持有商業管理、市場行銷或相關領域本科及以上學歷,或具備同等實踐經驗
  • 擁有2年以上數位銷售/內部銷售、合作夥伴管理或客戶協調相關工作經驗
  • 具備扎實的過程管理、合作夥伴協同與交易加速實戰經驗
  • 擁有出色的資料分析能力,善於從數據中提煉業務洞察
  • 卓越的溝通技巧與利益相關方管理能力
  • 注重細節,具備優秀的組織協調能力,能同時處理多區域合作夥伴事務
