What is your mission?

主要職責

  • 執行數據清洗、驗證與完善工作,確保客戶關係管理系統的準確性與完整性
  • 運用數位化工具、線上資料庫及企業資訊資源,對潛在客戶與目標企業進行調研與畫像分析
  • 識別客戶生命週期管理業務的潜在商機,並按照既定標準進行分級歸類
  • 通過電話調研、資訊蒐集與內部合作,完善潛在客戶與企業資料資料
  • 與銷售團隊(客戶生命週期管理、交易加速專家、解決方案顧問)協同推進合格銷售線索的移交與轉化
  • 維護數據質量與報告標準,確保資訊完整性符合規範要求
  • 在微軟系統(MSXDynamics 365等客戶關係管理平臺)中實时跟踪並更新所有客戶畫像工作
  • 提供數據洞察與優化建議,持續提升數據驅動型行銷策略與推廣活動成效

Who are we looking for?

任職要求

  • 商業管理、市場行銷、資料分析等相關領域本科及以上學歷或同等實踐經驗
  • 具備1-3年數據調研、潛在客戶開發或內部銷售支持相關工作經驗
  • 熟練運用數據研究工具、客戶關係管理系統(優先考慮微軟Dynamics 365)及Excel/Power BI
  • 出色的分析能力與細節把控意識
  • 優秀的書面與口頭溝通表達能力
  • 能够適應快節奏工作環境,高效處理多工並合理規劃優先順序
  • 具備電話調研與外向型資訊採集的工作能力

 

優先考慮條件:

  • 擁有企業級科技產品或SaaS服務領域工作經驗
  • 熟悉微軟雲產品體系及銷售流程
  • 具備數位化銷售或內部銷售團隊支持經驗
