What is your mission?

The Technical Sales Account Manager is a customer- and partner-facing role that works closely with sellers to bring technical expertise into customer engagements. This role identifies customer needs, recommends suitable Microsoft solutions, and supports technical planning, migrations, and solution development across Microsoft Cloud Solution Areas.

Key Responsibilities 主要工作內容

 

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the technical aspects of cloud products, services, and solutions.
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand evolving requirements, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and expanding sales within existing accounts.
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, including product training and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to enhance solutions and overall service offerings.
  • Participate in joint calls and pipeline reviews, providing technical insights, opportunity assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the development and improvement of sales processes, methods, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute sales and activity plans, work toward performance targets, and contribute to successful project execution.
  • Conduct and maintain competitive analysis of cloud solutions and market differentiators across the region.

  • 協助改善銷售流程、方法與市場策略(go-to-market strategies)
  • 執行銷售與活動計畫,達成績效目標並確保專案順利推動
  • 進行雲端解決方案與競爭對手分析,掌握市場差異化優勢

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Qualifications  技能與任職資格

  • Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of inside/field sales experience as a presales consultant or solutions architect, with strong exposure to cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Architecture certification from any cloud service provider is a plus (AWS architect, Azure architect, Microsoft Cloud Associate/ Specialist, etc).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting revenue targets and working effectively with diverse teams.
