What is your mission?

The Profiler supports the digital sales team through data cleaning, research, and opportunity profiling. The role focuses on identifying and enriching potential business opportunities using digital tools, online database and research platforms. The Profiler works closely with the sales and analytics teams to ensure the sales pipeline is well qualified, accurate, and up to date, forming a strong foundation for effective engagement by frontline sellers.

潛在客戶名單開發專員(Account Profiler)將透過資料清理、研究與商機剖析來支援銷售團隊。此角色負責使用數位工具、線上資料庫以及不同方式來補充完善潛在商機資訊。你將與銷售團隊密切合作,確保銷售管道資料完整、準確且即時更新,為前線銷售建立有效的開發基礎。

 

 Key Responsibilities 主要工作內容

  • Profile prospects and contacts from target accounts using LinkedIn search, digital tools, and online databases (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo) to complete the required fields.
  • Enrich lead and account data through profiling, research, and internal collaboration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to hand over qualified leads for follow-up and conversion.
  • Update and track performance in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

  • 使用 LinkedIn 搜尋、數位工具及線上資料庫(例如 Apollo.io、ZoomInfo)對目標公司的潛在客戶與聯絡人進行資料建檔,並完善所需欄位。
  • 透過資料研究與內部合作來補充並強化客戶與公司資料。
  • 與銷售團隊合作,將合格商機移交給前線同仁進行後續跟進與轉換。
  • 使用 Microsoft Dynamics 365 更新、維護並追蹤相關資料與績效。

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Qualifications  技能與任職資格

  • Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Preferably has 1+ year of B2B tele-profiling or tele-marketing experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to navigate and progress the sales process long, complex sales cycles
  • Proficient in data research tools, CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and Excel/Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
