What is your mission?

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design AI-driven solutions that address business challenges.
  • Conduct technical assessments, analyze data, and recommend AI solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Craft technical language and solution descriptions in proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools to enhance solution design, analysis, and proposal development.
  • Scope AI solution requirements, propose implementation plans, and support deployment strategies in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Stay current with AI, machine learning, and CX trends, integrating new technologies and methodologies into TDCX AI’s solutions and proposals.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership materials, presentations, and content for industry events to showcase TDCX AI’s expertise.

Who are we looking for?

  • Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
  • Ability to code in Python or produce demos using AI-first tools such as Figma, Lovable, Claude is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure and present ideas clearly in discussions and presentations.
