What is your mission?

As an Account Specialist with TDCX, you will be an important member of the sales organization, focusing on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. You will play a critical role in driving the full sales process from prospecting for new customer acquisition to closing deal.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Advise clients on how to yield the best ROI through their advertisement
  • Manage your book of business, through cold calling, account management, including budget upselling to maximize ROI
  • Educate advertisers and guide them through the implementation of our “advertising solutions”
  • Drive conversion rate through calling within the requested time window
  • Responsible for keep current advertisers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on day-to-day basis
  • Provide high-quality market insights impacting revenue trends
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge in digital marketing industry will be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
