What is your mission?

  • Cultivate trust and foster a friendly rapport with VIP players, ensuring a positive player experience.
  • Align with company objectives to craft tailored strategic plans, ensuring effective goal achievement.
  • Analyze daily reports to monitor target and KPI fulfillment, identifying trends for proactive and reactive action plans.
  • Spearhead the planning, delivery, and optimization of a comprehensive Player Account Management strategy for high-value customers.
  • Innovate player interaction approaches, employing effective communication for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow Account Managers.
  • Stay abreast of game changes and monetization campaigns, remaining well-informed in a dynamic gaming environment.
  • Develop and execute a VIP reactivation strategy, mitigating churn risks.
  • Actively gather feedback from VIPs, sharing insights with other departments for process improvement.
  • Oversee VIP Social Media community management and content creation to enhance engagement.
