    As a Business Analytics Expert supporting the Sales program, you will be responsible for providing accurate reporting, business insights and performance analysis to support day-to-day operations, client reviews and management decision-making.

    You will work closely with the Program Manager, Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders to track sales performance, revenue achievement, KPI movement, pipeline health and billing-related data. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large sets of data, and able to translate numbers into clear business insights.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Prepare, develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Sales program, including KPI performance, revenue achievement, AMR performance, pipeline health and productivity tracking.
    • Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools to provide clear visibility of program performance and business trends.
    • Analyse actual performance against target and highlight key variances, gaps, risks and areas requiring attention.
    • Support monthly billing validation by reviewing performance data, target achievement, KPI results and related calculation logic.
    • Track and analyse MRR performance, AMR-level achievement, pipeline movement, opportunity status, conversion trends and other key sales performance indicators.
    • Perform data reconciliation across operational trackers, client reports, CRM exports, billing files and internal reporting templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements where required.
    • Prepare client-ready and management-ready reports, summaries and presentation inputs for business reviews, governance meetings and internal updates.
    • Work with Operations and Program leadership to provide insights that support performance improvement, resource planning and business decisions.
    • Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time, especially during weekly performance reviews, month-end closing and billing cycles.
    • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management, client stakeholders and internal teams.
    • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or any related field.
    • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in business analytics, BI reporting, sales operations reporting, performance analysis or a similar role.
    • Good hands-on experience with Excel, including formulas, pivots, charts, data validation and reporting templates.
    • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
    • Experience in sales, cloud, technology, BPO, revenue operations or performance-driven programs will be an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of KPI reporting, target tracking, variance analysis, trend analysis and business performance reporting.
    • Ability to work with multiple data sources and perform reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
    • Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps, explain variances and provide meaningful recommendations.
    • High attention to detail, especially when handling performance data, billing-related reports and client-facing reports.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
