What is your mission?
- Drives process excellence in various continuous improvement tools and methodology to help achieve metrics and goals critical to quality, process and compliance and in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Partners with key stakeholders and clients to identify key opportunities and deploy initiatives.
- Manages implementation planning, standardization of key processes and best practices and documentation of information platforms.
- Ensures compliance with legal and industry standards across all departments (including but not limited to GDPR)
- Drives Continuous Improvement approach and replicate from regional sites accordingly related to people, process, performance and platforms.
- Overseeing of Metrics Management, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, among others
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least certified in Six Sigma Green Belt or trained in certain disciplines such as Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC, Agile, Lean, Process Improvements, Project Management, others
- Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
- With proven experience in handling projects related to continuous improvements/innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
