What is your mission?
- Understands and applies knowledge of project management disciplines and processes as they relate to company and the clients strategic objectives, functions, business unit and/or country objectives.
- Utilizes and understands the tools necessary for project tracking, including but not limited to a documented project plan, risks, issues, actions, and decisions list.
- Guides and leads other professionals with the ultimate goal of project success
- Leads negotiations with team members (vendors, subcontractor, customer and internal members of TDCX from other functional and professional areas) to define team goals and approaches for attaining them. Negotiation-skills required.
- Handles client-facing tasks for the project, in conjunction with the client services team.
- Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components with the assistance of the functional and technical group. Recognizes job related problems.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields.
- Minimum five (5) years of project management experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- Preferably with experience in automation and writing scripts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
