What is your mission?
Go through client requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Conduct assessments and analyses to understand client challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Analyse and present relevant data in easy-to-understand format and effectively communicate insightful discoveries and recommendations.
Collaborate with various teams in scoping AI solution requirements and propose an implementation plan.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and CX, and update TDCX AI's pitch materials.
Assist in preparing content and materials for industry events, online articles and other forums to promote TDCX AI's expertise and solutions.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Basic knowledge of business analytics tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, pivots and formulas, graphs, and flow charts.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
