What is your mission?
- Work closely with the business to provide talent solutions on an ongoing basis
- Attract and hire quality talent on a consistent basis.
- Leverage on learning opportunities to create value for employees as a means of accelerating their career with the company.
- Work with CHRO, Finance, managers and People Business Partners to develop pay and other negotiating mandates for use across all bargaining groups.
- To attend to all payroll matters and queries.
- Consult with unit stakeholders to accurately diagnose employee satisfaction issues and provide advice and solutions that maximize business results.
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with 3 - 5 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position..
- Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing.
- Demonstrates an affinity for digital platforms like social media; being digitally savvy is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations.
- Possesses strong knowledge in the development of HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruitment processes, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee retention programs in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
