What is your mission?

 

  • Responsible for all industries / employee relations activities which include investigations and disciplinary matters with internal management and legal employment activities. 
  • Provide advice and support business units on managing staff disciplinary matters. 
  • Ensure compliance to company's policies and procedures as well as local labor law. 
  • Support in the execution of HR practices and procedures. 
  • Deliver trainings to management team as and when needed to update on changes to processes and education to newly promoted / hired management team. 
  • To assist the Manager in coming up with materials for IR Knowledge Sharing & Training and to assist in conducting theses sessions. 
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law. 
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude. 
  • Ability to work under a very tight timeline and competing priorities. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of integrity. 
  • Positive attitude on taking on challenges and issues. 
  • Bilingual in Thai and English.
