What is your mission?

  • Design, develop, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Kubernetes (GKE) and Docker-based services
  • Build secure and resilient infrastructure leveraging tools such as Cloudflare, Delinea, and Qualys
  • Define and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, implementing release strategies like blue/green, canary, and automated rollback
  • Promote Infrastructure as Code and automation-first practices across all environments
  • Lead the implementation of observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Cloud Logging to ensure system reliability
  • Conduct performance and load testing using Grafana K6 to support scalability and resilience
  • Drive incident response processes, including postmortems and root cause analysis, to continuously improve system reliability
  • Integrate security practices into infrastructure and pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and secrets management
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2
  • Enforce cloud security best practices across deployments and environments
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles
  • Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alicloud, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including container orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE) and Docker
  • Proficient in managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and implementing modern release strategies
  • Skilled in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and logging
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure automation, and scalable system design
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as k9s, GCloud CLI, or similar is an advantage
  • Experience managing infrastructure for AI/ML or data-intensive workloads is a plus
  • Knowledge of FinOps practices or infrastructure cost optimization is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
