What is your mission?

 

  • Create original content for websites, knowledge bases as well as to assist development teams in ensuring good design of user interfaces and user experience.
  • Produce high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts and generate page DOM and frameworks for both new and existing web and mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement new websites, landing pages and mobile applications.
  • Create intuitive wireframes, interfaces, and interaction layer designs for analysis and review using best practices, latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.
  • Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for the digital and web-based marketing initiatives while providing quality assurance on creative deliverables.
  • Design multiple formats such as email, display, social, web and mobile responsive and cross-platform.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Multimedia Technology, Graphic/ Web Design or equivalent.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably working on a large-scale digital projects or equivalent experience in a digital agency, media company, advertising agency
  • Passionate in identifying new trends, technologies and best practices. Minimal guidance is expected to a produce professional front end.
  • Strong UX design sense with the ability to create and annotate UI experiences / wireframe prototypes
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
