Responsibilities:

 

  • Effectively conducts weekly, monthly and quarterly IT-Admin reviews
  • Prepare weekly IT maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
  • Record data, making sure that all relevant data is properly collected and stored
  • Implement process and procedures as TDCX corporative definition.
  • Participate in coordinaton of projects, RFP.
  • Conduct IT preventative maintenance work.
  • Conduct IT safety inspections on DC as scheduled.
  • Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards
  • Ensure adherence to ISO27001 standards
  • Ensure adherence to ISO22301 standards
  • Review a company’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently
  • Expert on troubleshoot problems analysis, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
  • Responsible for installing new systems and assessing and implementing upgrades as needed.
  • Consistent analyses of a company’s computer systems to determine if existing components meet the company’s need and perform upgrades or updates as needed.
  • Assess security programs, install and manage these systems, conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Culminating engineering studies based on system engineering or similar
  • English B1 or Higher (desirable)
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in a BPO
  • Certifications Identity with Windows Server 2016, management certified on Windows Server 2012, Microsoft 2017,  Cisco Network Academy, CCNA level  I & II, 2013.

 

 

  • Knowledge on ISO27001, ISO9001 .
  • Commendable experience in automating Windows desktop/laptop builds, network, server and troubleshooting and in Windows, Microsoft and Window Server.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PC, peripherals and software upgrades and IT Administration.
  • Extensive technical knowledge, Management and Communication Skills
  • Detail oriented, always seeking to achieve the best results, creative and committed.
  • Excellent planning, leadership abilities, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Understands and adheres to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of Information Assets, integrity of customer transactions, proper and ethical utilization of access privileges and resources provided to perform the role.   • Protects company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Confidentiality policy and Corporate Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Proactively reports actual or suspected vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s Incident Reporting Process.
  • Processes partners data, vendors data and coworkers data in accordance of Personal Data Protection Act, in compliance with the CCA and in accordance with employer´s Work Procedure Rules, IT and Data Protection and other guidelines provided by employer;
