What is your mission?

1. Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the target market
  • Utilize various sources, including online research, industry events, and networking, to generate leads
  • Maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

 

2. Prospecting and Outreach:

  • Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Clearly articulate our products or services and their value to potential clients

 

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Understand the unique needs and pain points of each lead and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

 

4. Pipeline Management:

  • Continuously update and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
  • Track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics

 

5. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferable minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales (VOICE), Business Development, Lead Generation, Lead Warming or Appointment Setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of the online marketing/ advertisement industry is preferred
  • Open to relocating to Kuala Lumpur
