What is your mission?

You'll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• To serve as the first point of contact for business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing
• Manage business inquiries via phone, e-mail, and/or live chat
• Provide outstanding service and support to client's advertisers, publishers, and users
• Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolio
• Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products
• Provides feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; a Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be added advantage
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Passion and a genuine interest in online marketing
• Experience working in fast-paced environment will be an advantage
• Highly self-motivated, energetic and sales driven with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner
• Creative mindset and good understanding of client's needs
• Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
