What is your mission?
- Data profiler of prospects and contacts from target accounts to fill in the agreed fields, by both LinkedIn search and tele call-out
- Update and performance tracking would be done in SFDC
- During the Tele-profiling, ask standard questions if the contact would like to talk to our Sales (Tele-prospecting Qualified Lead (TQL))
- Pickup Online Chat requests (TQL)
- Ticket to entry - Deliver results the right way: Drive for results, Dealing with ambiguity, Intellectual horsepower, command Skills, Integrity and trust
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferable with 1 year Tele-profiling &/or Tele-marketing experience is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Client-facing experience or customer service experience in a BPO is an advantage
- The ability to navigate and progress the sales process long, complex sales cycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and client-service skills
