What is your mission?
Your mission is to initiate pipeline growth, lead outbound prospecting campaigns, and identify
net-new opportunities within a world-leading productivity and cloud ecosystem. Operating at
the front end of the sales cycle, you will engage corporate decision-makers across various
verticals to evaluate their business needs, deliver initial value propositions, and execute
seamless opportunity handoffs to downstream sales specialists for commercial progression.
Key Responsibilities:
● Outbound Prospecting & Territory Development: Execute targeted outbound
campaigns via telephonic and digital channels to engage corporate decision-makers,
deliver strategic product value propositions, and source net-new business
opportunities.
● Opportunity Qualification & Pipeline Generation: Achieve quarterly pipeline metrics
by conducting rigorous discovery calls with prospective clients to assess operational
needs, validate technical compatibility, and establish early-stage opportunities.
● Deal Documentation & Sales Transition: Formulate comprehensive qualification
summaries, assign precise solution classifications, and capture preliminary deal metrics
within the CRM architecture. Execute seamless, well-documented opportunity handoffs
to downstream sales specialists for commercial progression.
● Campaign Execution & Data Governance: Collaborate across functional groups to
implement structured market plays, monitor outreach performance indicators, and
maintain strict data accuracy across all assigned corporate account profiles.
Who are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
●Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; a technical background in Computer Science
(CS) or Information Systems (IS) is required / highly preferred.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a related field, with
a proven track record in B2B consultative solution selling for technology products
(Enterprise IT, Cloud Service Providers, or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).
Core Competencies and Skills:
● Commercial Execution & Cloud Domain Expertise: Proven success in cold
prospecting, exceeding sales quotas, and delivering high-impact pitches based on a
solid understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS ecosystems, and global Cloud infrastructure
providers.
● Strategic Relationship & Stakeholder Integration: Exceptional ability to navigate
corporate structures and manage high-value connections across cross-functional
internal teams and external channel partners.
● Data Intelligence & Pipeline Optimization: Strong aptitude for structuring, tracking,
and prioritizing sales pipelines using modern account research tools and CRM
platforms. Highly proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), business intelligence tools, and
advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).
● Consultative Communication & Operational Agility: Fluent in English and the target
market language, with the executive presence to lead complex commercial
conversations. Highly coachable and able to quickly adapt sales positioning based on
live feedback.
