What is your mission?
The BI Program Manager drives analytics delivery maturity, consulting and governance, with Acuity at the center of it all to support global teams and clients.
Acuity is the organization’s one-stop analytics platform: a growing, monetized product that brings together dashboards and insights built on AI-powered analytics platform and GCP, designed to serve operations leaders, support functions, and clients. This is a rare opportunity to be the driving force behind a platform with real commercial stakes and genuine organizational impact not just maintaining what exists, but shaping how analytics is delivered, adopted, and evolved.
This role is the connective layer between business strategy and analytics execution ensuring solutions are high-quality, user-centric, and aligned with business priorities. Beyond delivery, it enables effective change: ensuring Acuity and the broader analytics capability are adopted, rollouts are well-planned, and stakeholders at all levels are engaged and ready. The ultimate goal is to better equip operations leaders and the clients, enabling support functions and advancing analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.

Change Management & Adoption
- Develop and execute change plans for analytics rollouts that should include impact assessments, communication, training, transition, and sustaining plans.
- Conduct readiness assessments ahead of go-live and present findings clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
- Drive analytics adoption strategies in collaboration with the Solutions Delivery and Operations Analytics leaders.
- Partner with L&D on end-user training materials; ensure global developers and users are equipped to embed change effectively.
