What is your mission?
We are looking for Campaign Consultant to join our team in setting up, and executing advertising campaigns. Primarily, you will focus on the setup and activation of our native ads. This includes providing quality assurance, traffic, pulling campaign placement reports, entry of proposals and reviewing the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
• Assist in the booking & implementation of advertising campaigns in an accurate & timely manner
• Provide advertising setup support across our native products
• Provide quality assurance, traffic, pull campaign placement reports
• Upload and quality check creatives
• Ensure daily ticket/case quotas are met and willing to stretch occasionally
• Ensure quota/performance is effectively reported.
• Present Mid/end campaign reports to client with prioritization and optimizations
• Weekly Client Meetings to demonstrate the progress on Cases
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX
Who are we looking for?
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma any field.
• 1-2 Years of experience in online advertising / BPO / support functions
• Excellent English language communication/written skills
• Prior experience in tickets/cases and queue management
• Experience using commercial or in-house ad serving systems
• Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Understanding of ad-serving technologies and order entry platforms, preferably XFP
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments
• Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to work on queues/cases/tickets out of CRM platforms an added advantage
• Client Servicing experience meeting customers virtually
