Reporting to the Campaign Consulting Team Lead, the Campaign Consultant will be responsible for managing relationships with our client's customers (Silicon Valley Digital Giant), serving as a trusted advisor by closing incoming ticket requests and consulting on the effectiveness of their media and advertisement campaigns according to their budgets while delivering a #happier customer experience. As a Campaign Consultant, you are a nimble player who is well-organized and comfortable managing multiple client requests at once.

What is your mission?
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with your customers by providing best-in-class media and product support via phone and email.
- Partner with different departments to troubleshoot campaign issues flagged by assigned customers.
- Advice on media creativity, content quality and development, and campaign optimization to maximize performance and delivery.
- Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs via webinars and demos.
- Help triage troubleshooting tickets and track progress for pilot program setups.
- Help drive the activation of customers’ media solutions to ensure complete utilization.
- Assist in the booking & implementation of advertising campaigns in an accurate & timely manner.
- Provide quality assurance, by checking all client product integrations are completed.
- Ensure daily ticket/case quotas are met and willing to stretch occasionally.
- Ensure Quota/performance is effectively reported.
Who are we looking for?
- Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly, and concisely in English.
- Understanding of Customer Support Operations.
- Knowledge of backend advertisement operation (back office).
- Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPM, impression, clicks, frequency, lead gen & CPL.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Tools, KPIs & Campaign Objectives.
- Understanding of Marketing Agency Business.
- Ability to provide meaningful insights from data.
- Understanding of case queue management and ticket management.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

- Comfortable working with computers, the ability to work with multiple systems, and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
