What is your mission?

  • Coordinate timely and successful rollout of changes (program, policy, process, tools, etc.) and report on change & success criteria and escalate any unplanned changes
  • Partner in coordinating standardized change processes and procedures for the Small Business Group and manage multiple small to medium scale projects from scoping through to implementation and roll out
  • Partner with cross-functional partners internally and externally to enable outsourcing operations that help improve our customer experience and support
  • Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects
  • Translate business requirements into implementation plans for tool launches, tool upgrades, including on-site coordination and implementation as well as user testing and troubleshooting.
  • Play an active role by contributing to improving product, process and support system solutions
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to successful implementation in an operational environment
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with computers and multiple systems, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
