What is your mission?

The Change Management Manager requires the expert skill of a seasoned change consultant to develop and implement change management strategies and facilitate training and role management tactics, to support and promote organisational transformation programs that involve significant business process change across business units and organizations. 

You will have proven experience delivering end to end organisational change management because of business or systems transformation; with the ability to engage with the business to identify key stakeholders, conducting thorough impact analysis to develop effective change management strategies. You will partner with project resources to influence and coach on change management tactics which will ensure Program success. 

 

You are also required to perform these job functions: 

  • Development of project change plans that align with the overall change strategy for the organization. 
  • Development of project change plans includes change delivery plan, communication plan, training plan, transition plan and sustaining change plan, reporting progress against plan, and managing risks and issues. 
  • Support the execution of these plans by engaging the project team members, employee-facing managers, and business leaders. 
  • Support the creation and execution of a detailed change impact assessment and change action plan. 
  • Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Deployment Manager to support the project teams to meet the Readiness deliverables. 
  • Support and develop the end-user training plans, and progress training/role management deliverables. 
  • Responsible for coaching and ensuring the Deployment Team Members, and other Change Network resources have the appropriate skills, materials, and support to manage and embed the change effectively. 
  • Ensuring the organization and users are ready for Go Live during any organization behavioural changes expected or impact to users’ behaviours. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Preferable with 5 to 8 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position. 
  • Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing. 
  • Demonstrates an affinity for digital platforms like social media; being digitally savvy is an added advantage. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations. 
  • Possesses strong knowledge in the development of HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruitment processes, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee retention programs in a BPO setting. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market 
  • Possesses solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. 
  • Experience with Technology & Analytics will be an added advantage.
