What is your mission?
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting abnormalities, alerting policy and procedure violators, and restraining trespassers.
- Conduct random facial recognition checks and fingerprint scans during admission and exit.
- Check for illegal electronic devices and enforce the no-tailgating policy.
- Manage visitor access and accompany them into places that are off-limits.
- Help safeguard company assets and employees by maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all employees, guests, and the property.
- Any additional tasks and obligations that the management may occasionally delegate to you in accordance with your job category within the company and for the efficient implementation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of TDCX's Quality Management System.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma (Mathayom 6) or equivalent.
- Previous working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong observation skills and in good physical health and condition.
- Ability to stay calm, think quickly in unexpected situations, and solve problems effectively.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be trustworthy, highly responsible, and punctual.
