What is your mission?

As a Client Service Associate, you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver #happier customer experience. You will provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to advertising customers and offer consultative support.  

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
  • To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
  • Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment
  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field. Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with minimum 2 years relevant experience is required
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills
