What is your mission?

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to advertising customers and offer consultative support.  

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers

  • To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support

  • Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience and ensure higher return in investment 

  • Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

  • May take outbound calls as needed

  • Any additional duties that may be assigned based on business needs

  • Agents can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization

  • Agents can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party

  • Agents can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue given the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field. Professional Degree in Media related or Marketing will be an added advantage 

  • Call Centre Experience: 2-3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat

  • Omni Channel Experience is required (Phone, Chat, and Email) 

  • Experience working with direct consumers B2C environment

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills

  • Technical Skills (must have knowledge on basic troubleshooting)

  • High attention to details and follow through

  • An effective team player who can also work independently 

  • Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
