What is your mission?

The ESG Reporting Lead plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the integrity of the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data across all campuses under the direction of ESG Reporting Manager. This position will be responsible for leading data collection, developing reporting tools, ensuring compliance with global sustainability frameworks, and contributing to the company’s science-aligned emissions reduction strategy. This role involves significant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ESG performance and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

ESG Data Management & Integrity:
• Support the Corporate Sustainability team in the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data across TDCX campuses.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate ESG reporting standards.
• Develop and maintain data tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and internal reporting frameworks to monitor ESG performance.
• Implement technological advancements to enhance ESG reporting efficiency and accuracy.

ESG Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare corporate reporting on GHG emissions, climate risks, social and governance metrics, and other ESG disclosures and ensure alignment with global sustainability frameworks (i.e. SBTi, CDP, GRI, etc.) 
• Monitor and perform gap analyses on emerging ESG reporting regulations and trends to identify and ensure timely adjustments in reporting processes.

GHG Emissions Tracking & Reduction
• Monitor and analyze carbon footprints across company operations and recommend improvement actions.
• Provide support in GHG verification audits to validate emissions data and reduction claims.
• Contribute to the development of a science-based emissions reduction strategy, ensuring targets are aligned with climate commitments.
• Support emission reduction implementation in all campuses.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to integrate carbon accounting and reduction into business decisions.

Stakeholder Engagement & ESG Communication
(INTERNAL DATA)
• Develop ESG reports, communications, and ESG presentations for relevant internal stakeholders.
• Prepare ESG disclosures for existing and potential clients and other external stakeholders. 
• Develop responses to ESG-related inquiries, assessments, and external audits (i.e. CDP, Ecovadis, etc.)
• Collaborate with country-level ESG / GHG teams, ensuring uniform and accurate data reporting across all campuses.

Who are we looking for?

• Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies (Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management), sustainability management, engineering, or any sustainable development or business-related degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting, GHG emissions accounting, sustainability data analysis, or sustainability-related fields
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gas Inventory, GHG Protocol, Science-Based Targets Initiative, CDP, GRI, IFRS S1 and S2, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, or other ESG data platforms. Hands-on experience in any visualization or business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Strong project management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and complex tasks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
