What is your mission?

  • Own the brand and content strategy for multiple brands within the organization's portfolio, ensuring clear positioning, differentiation, narrative consistency, market relevance, and user experience.
  • Lead the communication and brand positioning strategy for new products, crafting compelling narratives that resonate across audiences and markets, while identifying whitespace opportunities to strengthen brand relevance and differentiation during commercialization.
  • Serve as the voice guardian — shaping brand tone, storytelling frameworks, and key messaging across all channels.
  • Maintain high standards of writing, editing, and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and visual designers to ensure creative excellence and message alignment.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel content, including websites, paid ads, internal communications, product guides, UX copywriting and sales enablement that drive engagement, conversion, and adoption.
  • Partner with Product, AI Tech, UIUX, and Digital Marketing to craft tailored content for B2B, B2C, and B2E audiences.
  • Contribute to occasional feature ideation, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking workshops that shape user-centric and differentiated product experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries to align messaging priorities, co-create briefs, and ensure relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Keep a pulse on content trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovations that could elevate our storytelling and workflows.

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand and content leadership roles, preferably in multi-brand environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Advertising or similar fields.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills across various formats and platforms.
  • Strong editorial sensibility, with an eye for quality and clarity.
  • Experience leading content across multiple brands simultaneously, with an understanding of how to adapt tone, structure, and content strategy accordingly.
  • Proven success in developing brand messages and content strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect brand vision to business goals.
  • Passion or working knowledge in AI, emerging technologies, or UX copywriting is a strong plus.
