• 전화, 이메일, 채팅을 통한 고객 문의 응대
• 숙박, 항공편 조회, 예약 확인 및 변경 등 여행 관련 고객 지원 업무
• 국내외 관련 부서와의 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 

Who are we looking for?

• 고등학교 졸업 이상 학력이신 분 
• 신입 지원 가능
• 고객 서비스 또는 여행 업계 경험하신 분
• 교대 근무에 대한 유연한 수용 가능
• 영어로 기본적인 업무 회화 소통이 가능하신 분 (예: TOEIC 500점, OPIC IM 이상)

근무형태

• 근무시간 : 스케줄 근무(주간&야간), 주말 및 공휴일 포함 * 근무 스케줄은 프로젝트 운영 상황에 따라 사전 공유 및 조율 예정
• 근무장소 : 광화문 D타워
• 입사일시 : 협의 가능 *일정 변동 시 합격자에 한해 개별 안내 예정
• 교육일정: 4주 (OJT 포함)
• 고용형태 : 1년 계약직 (3개월 수습, 업무 성과에 따라 정규직 전환 가능)
• 급여조건 : 기본급+인센티브 별도
