What is your mission?

  • Responsible for daily customer relations to support client’s vision of providing unparalleled world-class customer service support current and future consumers across the shopping and ownership journey. 

  • Acquire product knowledge to enhance the ability to understand customer needs across different products and regions and apply the most effective response and solution to the case. 

  • Provide an outstanding service while interacting with customers, answering, and resolving complex volumes of pre-sale inquiries and post-sale support inquiries via phone, email, chat and social channels. This may include assisting customers that may have mechanical or electrical failure, by sending services to help the customer in their time of need. 

  • Providing roadside assistance and support, including coordination for towing services and on-site assistance, embodying the brand’s commitment to customer care. 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will address a wide range of pre-sale and post-sale inquiries, including those requiring technical support, thereby reinforcing the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. 

  • High emotional maturity with a genuine passion for enhancing customer experience. 

  • A team player with effective communication skills, capable of handling diverse customer needs. 

  • Enthusiasm for automotive products is a plus. 

  • Availability and flexibility needed for weekend work 2-3 times a month. Weekend work will be compensated with overtime pay or by adjusting the weekday hours to maintain a total of 40 working hours per week.
