What is your mission?
- Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions, both voice (inbound, outbound, consultation, escalation, etc.) and non-voice (email, reporting, information processing, etc.)
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting
- Good understanding of consumer electronics products
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work on rotating shifts
- With access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
- Can temporarily work from home and onsite at IT Park, Cebu City
