What is your mission?
- Design intuitive and adaptive dialog flows that offer an ideal user experience across voice, chat, and messaging channels in support of an enhanced customer engagement strategy.
- Create UX mockups and prototypes that can be used to help deliver product requirements, explore design concepts, and gain better user feedback.
- Test, validate, and optimize conversational designs to ensure effortless interactions and seamless transitions to human agents.
- Design, deploy, and maintain the bot conversational experience, while working alongside enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead conversation reviews to ensure go-live readiness and reporting.
- Build and maintain content library for customer and agent facing bots.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in human factors engineering, product interface design, linguistics, cognitive science, experimental psychology, technical writing, or a related field.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Experienced in creating user interface/user experience designs for web and mobile.
- Experienced in web content management, process mapping, or business process improvement.
- Experienced with dialog or Voice User Interface design.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building partnerships, and managing and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders of different level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
