What is your mission?
- Handle escalated cases for all systems within your portfolio via email, chats, and support calls when needed.
- Provide stakeholders and internal user support for system admin task.
- Monitor and report system related abnormalities, defects, bugs, and all trends.
- Filter through queries which require a System Administrator's support or redirect task to relevant departments.
- Serve as Principal SME to others seeking to utilise the Systems within your portfolio.
- Share processes and conduct basic user trainings, if requires.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Experience working with various software and hardware, web-based applications, and more.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
