What is your mission?

• Design, document, develop and execute test automation plans from business requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilise RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement a strategy to optimize the execution of automations based on the number of licenses while running available time environments.
• Administrate the production of RPA environment corporate-wide, which includes running, monitoring, and scheduling processes on a daily basis.
• Provide first line investigation into business and system exceptions that occur during the execution of automations.
• Oversee the collection of data for metrics related to automation performance (number of executions, number of failures, bot utilization, etc.).
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in engineering, computer science, business or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Experienced in working with Blue Prism, uiPath and/ or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in working with a major robotic process automation platform is an added advantage. 
• Possesses skills in Robotic Process Automation.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrates a solid understanding of process scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
