What is your mission?

 

  • Manage IT staff by assisting to recruit, train, and coach employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Run regular updates, checks and audits on network, systems and data security, ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems in order to manage all information technology and computer systems efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations including disaster recovery operations.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures in alignment with user and organizational needs, subsequently to enforcing these policies and procedures as appropriate.
  • Identify problematic areas and areas for improvement in order to implement strategic solutions in timely fashion.
  • Prepare and share regular operation system reports with IT Director and the team.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Preferably with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux Server Administrations, and is familiar with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data centre management and data governance.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with computer networks, server administration, and server installation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
