What is your mission?

Developing and Executing Campaigns: Creating and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Baidu, and Naver, to attract and convert potential customers.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and leveraging AI to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data-Driven Insights: Setting up robust analytics tracking to collect accurate data, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Lead Generation: Conducting lead scraping and creating engaging landing page content to expand our lead database and drive conversions.

Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives.

Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Innovation: Exploring and implementing innovative digital marketing tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Who are we looking for?

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in an agency or related field.

Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other major channels.

Global Perspective: Experience working with global brands and understanding the nuances of local marketing needs.

Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices, demonstrating the ability to deliver results.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and using data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.

Technical Skills: Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hubspot, and Google Tag Manager.

Creative Thinking: Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Spanish, or Thai is a plus.

Proactive Approach: A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
