What is your mission?

  • Design, develop and deliver digital content according to business needs.
  • Perform regular reviews to evaluate digital training effectiveness.
  • Manage, monitor, administer and report dedicated / blended (e.g., e-learning, workshops, social learning, and workplace assignments, etc.) & digital learning solutions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for learning needs and train all levels of users to utilize digital learning solutions according to job functions
  • Meet targets for adoption and engagement with the e-learning platform at a local level
  • Create and curate courses (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, etc.)
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. 


Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field. ACTA / ACLP or DACE certification will be an advantage.
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position
  • Experience in managing the roll-out of Learning and Development initiatives in a medium to large scale business. Knowledge of various training methodologies will be an advantage.
  • Experience in developing Learning and Development initiatives to support management competencies and career development
  • Experience in developing blended learning initiatives for all levels of employee development using e-learning coupled with workshops and social learning activities.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning software and creating digital content (e.g., iSpring / Articulate, SCORM, Tin Can, video).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to present convincingly and confidently to senior management.
