What is your mission?

  • Investigate player accounts flagged for suspicious activity, including cheating, botting, fraud, or abuse of game systems
  • Analyze gameplay patterns and behavioral data to assess whether violations of Fair Play policies have occurred
  • Review reports from players, moderators, or automated systems, and determine appropriate actions based on policy
  • Collaborate with other Trust & Safety teams (Moderation, PMT, QA) to ensure consistent handling of edge case
  • Document case findings and contribute to the evolution of internal knowledge bases, playbooks, and detection guidelines
  • Escalate novel abuse types, unclear cases, or mass-manipulation signals to internal Supercell teams
  • Participate in calibrations, deep dives, or special projects to improve enforcement accuracy and fraud prevention

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting behavioral data, patterns, or account
    activity
  • Understanding of common cheating methods, botting behavior, or fraud schemes in
    online multiplayer games
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgments in ambiguous or borderline
    situations
  • High integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive account information and
    enforcement decisions
  • Resilience when working with repetitive or high-pressure decision environments

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fraud prevention, cheating detection, or abuse enforcement in the gaming
    or digital content industry
  • Familiarity with Supercell’s games, mechanics, and player community norms
  • Exposure to SQL, data dashboards, or investigative tools is a plus
  • Multilingual skills or cultural awareness of market-specific abuse tactics
