What is your mission?
- Lead the Marketing Development (MD) team in executing digital campaigns across paid search, social media, and email automation.
- Design and optimize digital ad campaigns targeting cloud solution buyers (CIOs, IT managers, CTOs).
- Collaborate with the Digital Sales Manager to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales pipeline targets.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise-level clients.
- Oversee content creation (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, landing pages) for lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance data and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure team alignment on lead scoring, CRM tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to MD team members.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and tools relevant to cloud sales (LinkedIn Ads, Google Cloud Partner Marketing, etc.).
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent English and Thai communication/written skills
- Minimum academic qualification: Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 3+ years in inside/field sales as a presales/ solutions engineer with extensive experience in cloud solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google Cloud / etc
- Architecture certification from any cloud service provider is a plus (AWS architect, Azure architect, Microsoft Cloud Associate/ Specialist, etc)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent track record of achieving revenue targets and ability to work with diverse teams
