What is your mission?
- Conduct screening activities to ensure Sanctions, and adverse media / negative news screenings are performed in accordance with TDCX procedures.
- Conduct Know-Your-Client (KYC) and Anti-money laundering (AML) checks on new clients and periodic review on existing clients.
- Facilitate and coordinate with client facing employees and other key stakeholders on documentation required for client account opening and periodic reviews to ensure completeness.
- Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system.
- Manage priorities, across all clients’ due diligence cases, based on timeline, risk ratings and business types.
- Identify, manage, initiate and where relevant execute projects and initiatives to improve the operational effectiveness of Client onboarding and periodic client reviews.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to provide ethics and compliance advice and support to the business.
- Update and roll out of Compliance policies such as Code of Business and Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Whistleblowing, AML Client Risk Management across TDCX group.
- Update Business Ethics and Compliance training deck from time to time.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor business units’ adherence to Compliance policies.
- Create Management Information reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify Compliance risks and issues and propose relevant Compliance controls and/or solutions.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in KYC, client due diligence or ethics and compliance, in a multinational company.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry or relevant service industries will be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in related field preferred.
- Possess positive attitude, proactive and a self-starter.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detailed oriented.
- Able to multitask, manage and deliver complex and often competing priorities, through effective outcome focus, work prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, able to demonstrate good judgment, a sense of urgency and commitment to high standards of ethics and business integrity.
