What is your mission?

 

  • Responsible for attending all the queries, request and issue to provide resolution in a fast and efficient manner according to Service level agreement.
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees with time-sensitive requests, such as SAP Success Factors system navigation, reports and etc.
  • Work with internal department to ensure key HR processes are supported by the HRIS or modifying existing HRIS to meet changing requirements.
  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, managing system upgrades and other related support.
  • Develop communication and training materials, coordinate and actively participate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Stay abreast of the company’s HR processes.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any discipline. 
  • Minimum 3–8 years of relevant working experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Business Rule, Time Off, Workflow Configuration, Position Management.

  • Knowhow of Integration Center, CPI, BTP, SF API configuration is added advantage
  • Exposure to SAP Payroll (ECP) and/or integration with payroll systems will be an added advantage. 
  • Experience in HR process transformation, shared services environment, HR technology implementation, and process optimization initiatives is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with end-to-end project implementation lifecycle, stakeholder management, change management methodologies, testing, and user adoption activities. 
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions, including process improvement recommendations and best practices. 
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels of the organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language(s) of the supported market.
