What is your mission?

Your role is a dynamic mix of HR expertise, recruitment strategy, and site ambassador duties. You will ensure our operations run smoothly while providing a world-class experience for our employees and visitors.

 

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, to meet headcount targets.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods and participate in career talks or job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Prepare recruitment reports to assess the effectiveness of our local hiring strategies.
  • Own the onboarding experience, including preparing welcome packs and executing the first-day checklist.

 

HR & Employee Relations

 

  • Maintain and update employee personal files with high attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support for appraisal processes and employee relations matters.
  • Support offboarding by coordinating asset returns and preparing payroll reports.
  • Continually improve HR processes to ensure excellent internal customer service.

 

Site Ambassador & Operations

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and official telephone inquiries.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including mail, courier services, and meeting room organization.
  • Manage inventory for pantry supplies and building maintenance items, liaising with vendors as needed.
  • Maintain site security procedures, including logbook monitoring and visitor badge issuance.
  • Assist IT and Admin teams in tracking assets and forecasting future requirements.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Preferably 4–5 years of working experience in HR or Recruitment.
  • Skills: Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Mindset: A hardworking, proactive "people person" with a robust sense of accountability and sound judgment.
