What is your mission?

• Perform general cleaning of all the office facilities (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, washing cups, restroom cleaning etc) to ensure optimal hygiene levels.
• Replenish consumable items (biscuits, cereal, coffee/tea, tissue, soap etc).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects which includes moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Inspect cleaning stock levels and inform the Caretaker of low stock levels (eg. cleaning products).
• Maintain tidy and organized workspaces and storage areas.
• Carry out all tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Team Lead.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1 year experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to handle heavy equipments and machinery.
• Experienced with cleaning chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Experienced with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Must be trustworthy and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, exhibiting initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule and on shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
