What is your mission?
- Monitor IT Ticketing System and coordinate with the IT team on duty for completion.
- Generate reports and Track SLA in a timely fashion.
- Document processes for System and IT related procedures to ensure standard builds are maintained, documenting configuration settings of servers, processes, and policies.
- Involve closely with IT Managers to perform a daily clerical task such as preparing documents, tracking inventory, running errands and assisting with IT projects that requires further researching and documentation.
- Plan desktop deployment for both initial deployment and expansion.
- Maintain responsibility for Vendor and Contract Management.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Possesses knowledge in IT equipment especially desktop and laptops , both Hardware and Software.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of technical management and information analysis.
- Experience with Inventory and Helpdesk Ticketing Tool is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with computer networks, server administration, and server installation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
