What is your mission?
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will support day-to-day IT operations and ensure the stability and performance of IT systems across the organization. You will handle technical issues and collaborate with global teams for more advanced topics.
- Handle IT support cases across systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support system administration tasks and assist internal users
- Monitor system performance and report issues or trends
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and support system updates
- Follow IT security standards and company policies (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
- Manage user access, security controls, and endpoint protection tools
- Support IT projects and process improvements when required
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Who are we looking for?
- Degree or studies in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with hardware, software, operating systems, and networks
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Exposure to IT security, compliance, or system administration is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
