What is your mission?
1. Government Liaison & External Relationships
Act as TDCX Thailand’s senior point of contact with relevant government authorities.
- Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with:
- Immigration
- Ministry of Labour
- BOI and related agencies
- Represent TDCX Thailand in meetings with officials and policymakers
- Use relationships and experience to unblock issues affecting internal teams, and for sensitive cases
- Support audits, inspections, and official interactions
- Monitor regulatory or policy changes and potential impact to share with TDCX leadership
- Advise on interpretation and practical application of regulations in one-off cases
2. Internal Enablement & Oversight
Support and strengthen existing immigration and onboarding operations.
- Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk cases raised by internal teams
- Provide guidance on interpretation of immigration and workforce regulations
- Ensure internal processes align with current regulatory expectations
- Identify recurring friction points and recommend improvements
- Provide leadership with clear visibility on risks, constraints, and emerging issues
- Support workforce planning discussions where nationality or visa constraints matter
3. External Representation & Employer Credibility
Support TDCX Thailand’s credibility and reputation as a responsible employer of both Thai and overseas talent.
- Represent TDCX Thailand professionally in external forums, briefings, or discussions related to workforce, immigration, employment practices, or responsible employment
- Support leadership positioning with government stakeholders as a compliant, transparent, and responsible employer
- Provide practical input into CSR or community initiatives where they intersect with employment, workforce integration, or government expectations
- Act as a trusted reference point when external parties seek clarity on TDCX’s employment, workforce, or responsible hiring practices
- Reinforce confidence among Thai and overseas employees through consistent, compliant, and well-managed government engagement
- Contribute practical input to employer credibility initiatives where they intersect with regulation, workforce compliance, or government expectations
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree and/or higher in any field with 10 years + professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Thailand visa and work permit frameworks
- Proven exposure to Immigration, Ministry of Labour, BOI or related authorities
- Demonstrated ability handling complex, sensitive, or escalated cases
- Credible presence when dealing with government officers and senior leaders
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- High discretion and sound judgement
- Fluent English communication
