What is your mission?

 

  • Engage customers in pre-sales activities
  • Identify potential business opportunities from inbound leads and self-generated leads (cold calling, email, social media)
  • Establish strong relationship with prospects and collaborate across teams.
  • Guide leads through the sales process, highlighting Cloud Computing's benefits, and forward to sales team to close the deal.
  • Explain Cloud Computing solutions effectively based on client needs.
  • Keep up with industry trends and use insights to advise clients.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Share insights to improve products and strategies.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Possess at least 4 years of a bachelor's degree in any field
  • Fluency communication skills in English and Thai 
  • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Preferably IT sales and have technical knowledge 
  • Preferably who has experience in closing the deal with B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
